Privacy policy

For lironsofer.online and the tools on it, including Reachlist. Last updated 2 November 2026.

lironsofer.online is a personal portfolio run by Liron Sofer. It hosts small working tools you can try. This page explains what data those tools use and why.

What we don't do

Signing in with Google (Reachlist)

If you choose "Continue with Google" in Reachlist, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with the tool. They are used only in your browser, to show who you're signed in as and to fill in the "From" address on messages you draft. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.

If direct sending is turned on and you allow it, Reachlist asks Google for permission to send email on your behalf. It uses that permission only to send a message when you click Send, to the recipient shown on screen. It does not read, store or delete your email.

Reachlist's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by clicking Sign out in Reachlist.

AI and other services the tools use

When you run a tool, the text you enter (for example a website address, a job description or a market question) is sent to our backend and on to AI providers to produce the result: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI and Google (Gemini). Reachlist may also look up publicly available work email addresses through Hunter.io, using a company's domain and a contact's name. These providers process the data under their own privacy policies. We do not send your Google account data to them.

Files you upload

Files you add to a tool (such as ad report exports or a product photo) are processed in your browser. A product photo you add to Creative Studio is sent to the image model only to design your ads.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and the backend runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, they may keep standard technical logs such as IP addresses for security. The backend uses your IP address briefly to limit how many requests one visitor can make; it is not stored.

Visit statistics

We count visits with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you; it records things like which page was viewed, the referring site, browser type and country. If you opened a personalised link (for example one ending in ?for=company), the company name in that link is counted too.

Your choices

You can use most tools without signing in. To ask about or delete anything related to you, email the address below.
